Our company has been operating since 1988, guided by the principles of quality-focused craftsmanship, honesty, and professionalism. Today, Çiftel Steel Structures continues its operations with a modern approach, supported by a state-of-the-art machinery fleet, advanced manufacturing technologies, and leading industry software.
Located in Pınarbaşı, İzmir, our facility spans a total area of 5,500 m², including 2,000 m² of enclosed production space and 3,500 m² of open operational area. Thanks to this infrastructure, we manage all processes from design and manufacturing to installation with high efficiency and precision.

How do we bring your projects to life?
Discovery and technical evaluation
In the area where the project will be implemented, the measurement, ground-coat, access and assembly conditions are evaluated. Needs, capacity and usage scenario are clarified and the scope of the work, delivery targets and technical requirements are determined. At this stage, possible risks and alternative application options are also planned.
Projecting and Production Plan
A suitable technical solution is created for the field; Connection details and application decisions are clarified. Material lists and manufacturing steps for production are planned; The shipment and installation schedule is designed according to the project schedule. The deadline, resource plan and occupational safety requirements are considered as part of this plan.
Manufacturing and quality control
The production is progressed in a controlled manner in accordance with the determined technical conditions and measurement accuracy. Measurement-conformance checks are made at critical stages; Deviations that may cause problems in assembly are eliminated at the production stage. Pre-shipment controls are completed and a ready-to-ground referral plan is created.
Shipment, Installation and Delivery
The shipment is organized in accordance with the assembly order; Team-Equipment coordination in the field is managed through a single program. Installation is completed in accordance with occupational safety and practice discipline; Field revisions are managed in a controlled manner. After the final controls, the project is completed according to the determined delivery criteria.
